Eazigo Sourcing was built by people who have spent years working directly with factories on the ground in China.

Our core partners, Juan and Harry, are both based in China and together bring over two decades of hands-on sourcing and production experience. Throughout their careers, they have repeatedly seen overseas buyers struggle with unclear communication, hidden risks, inconsistent quality, and costly mistakes when sourcing from China.

Juan, a Singaporean who has worked extensively in both the United States and China, understands the challenges foreign buyers face when sourcing from China. His cross-border experience gives him a strong understanding of Western business expectations and Chinese factory operations. In addition to supporting global retailers such as Leroy Merlin and Micro Center, Juan has also worked closely with small and early-stage startups, helping them navigate supplier selection, pricing, and production with confidence.

Harry brings over 15 years of industry experience, working with businesses from all over the world — from startups and SMEs to major global retailers including ALDI and Costco. With deep expertise in supply chain management, factory operations, and compliance standards, he is able to assess manufacturers holistically, manage production and logistics risks, and ensure smooth execution from sourcing through delivery.
